This file governs the source code, design, and original content of the
Wandurance web application ("the Software"), including but not limited
to its HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (in both the human-readable form found
under source/ and the obfuscated production build), its visual design
and layout, its logo and brand mark, and its written content (including,
without limitation, the FAQ text, destination descriptions, and
methodology notes).

1. NO LICENSE GRANTED TO THE SOFTWARE ITSELF

Unless you have prior written permission from Wandurance, no license,
right, or interest in the Software is granted to you by virtue of
visiting, using, or viewing the hosted application. Ordinary use of the
calculator through a standard web browser, for your own personal or
informational purposes, is permitted; nothing about that use grants you
any right to copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse the underlying code,
design, or content beyond what your browser must temporarily store to
display the page.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Except as expressly permitted in writing by Wandurance, you may not:

  a. copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute the Software,
     in whole or in part, on any other site, app, or service;
  b. modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the
     Software;
  c. decompile, deobfuscate, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to
     derive the non-obfuscated source of the production build, except
     to the extent such restriction is not permitted by applicable law;
  d. use the Software, or any part of it, for a commercial product or
     service, including a competing budget-calculator tool;
  e. remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary
     notice contained in the Software.

3. TRADEMARK

"Wandurance," its wordmark, and its logo mark are trademarks of
Wandurance and are not licensed under this file. Nothing in this
license grants any right to use the Wandurance name or logo — see
Section 1 for the general no-license default; using the name or mark to
identify a different product, service, or fork of this Software, or in
any way likely to cause confusion as to origin or affiliation, is not
permitted.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

This package's tools/ directory bundles a small number of third-party,
open-source JavaScript libraries (esprima, escodegen, eslint-scope,
esrecurse, estraverse, esutils) used only to build the obfuscated
production file from source. Each is distributed under its own
BSD-2-Clause license, included alongside it under
tools/node_modules/<package>/LICENSE* — those files govern that code,
not this one. The application itself loads the Google Fonts web font
service at runtime, subject to Google's own terms.

5. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COST AND BUDGET ESTIMATES IT PRODUCES ARE ROUGH
PLANNING FIGURES, NOT GUARANTEES OF ACTUAL TRAVEL COSTS.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL WANDURANCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR
THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
